Qualifications:

The qualifications are exactly the same as Kasasa Cash. In order to qualify for the Saver rate and ATM fee refunds, simply do the following each monthly qualification cycle:

  • Have at least 12 signature-based debit card purchases post and clear
  • Have 1 Automatic Payment or Direct Deposit post and clear
  • Receive your account statement electronically

It couldn't be easier! Chances are you're doing these already.

Kasasa Cash and Kasasa Saver are relationship accounts, and are therefore intended to be your primary checking and savings accounts, with debit card transactions for everyday expenses.

And remember, if you don't qualify one month, you still receive the base rate of interest, and can get the rewards back the following monthly qualification cycle.

*Annual Percentage Yield (APY) accurate as of 11/29/11. Minimum to open account is $50. Kasasa Cash Rate tiers are as follows: If your daily balance is $25,000 or less, the interest rate paid on the entire balance will be 2.20% with an annual percentage yield of 2.22%. An interest rate of 0.75% will be paid only for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than $25,000. The annual percentage yield for this tier will range from 2.22% to 1.12% depending on the balance in the account. These rates apply where qualifications are met within the qualification cycle. The annual percentage yield for all Kasasa Saver account balances will range from 1.76% to 1.46% when qualifications are met within the qualification cycle on the Kasasa Cash Account. If qualifications are not met, 0.10% APY will be earned on all balances. Rates may change after the account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings. Qualifying transactions must post and clear the Kasasa Cash Account during the qualification cycle. ATM transactions do not qualify. A direct deposit or electronic payment must be recurring, third-party initiated, and post and clear the Kasasa Cash Account within the monthly qualification cycle to qualify. Transactions may take one or more business days to post from the transaction date. Intrabank transfers do not count as qualifying ACH transaction. Other bank ATM fees will be calculated to the best of the bank's knowledge based on the incoming data received from the bank's EFT processor for fee refunds. ATM fee refunds up to $25 with a maximum of 5 ATM transactions per statement cycle provided only if qualifications are met within the qualification cycle.
