How long has Farmers Citizens Bank been established?

Farmers Citizens Bank is proud of its strong heritage. The Bank was chartered on October 1, 1907 and opened its doors for business in Crawford County on January 6, 1908. The Bank began serving Knox County, Ohio, in June of 2000, Morrow County in January of 1998, Delaware and Franklin counties in October, 2006 and Richland County in 2008.


When was the holding company, FC Banc Corp formed?

FC Banc Corp was established on February 1, 1994 as a bank holding company for The Farmers Citizens Bank. At that time, each share of Farmers Citizens Bank stock was exchanged for four shares of FC Banc Corp. In August of 1998, a two-for-one stock split was announced thereby doubling the number of outstanding shares of FC Banc Corp to approximately 800,000 shares. Today, there are approximately 200 shareholders with approximately 897,056 shares outstanding.
